Curating our boxes is the most fun part of our business. We start with a novel we love. We scour best seller lists, reading recommendations, social media and examine what people are reading and loving. Then, we read them ourselves. Once we've chosen our book we begin the search for products that fit the books' theme, location and will enhance the readers' experience.
While we aim to have novels from all over the world but we try to choose Canadian and local products whenever we can.
In our September box we featured a local bakery, Enticing Cakes that we adore. Tea-Gram teas from Eastern Ontario and Foxy Originals from Toronto.
Our October box featured a local coffee roaster Kyoto Coffee and almost local Templeman's Toffee from Port Perry, ON and Little Blue House by Hatley, a company started in Quebec.
Why do we choose Canadian and choose local? Because that's who we are. A small business located in rural Ontario run by two partners. We celebrate all things Canadian and look forward to sharing some of our favourite Canadian and local treats and products.
We have some awesome stuff coming in our boxes that we know you'll love.
