We ship via Canada Post and aim to ship mid-month. However, delays do happen. If we are not shipping mid-month we will send out shipping updates via our Newsletter

We want you to be reading great novels that have an appeal to a large group of people. We read and carefully select novels that are great works of fiction. We often choose novels from bestselling authors, but love to include debut works as well. 

Our books typically fit into the genres of: historical fiction, fiction, literature, popular fiction, thriller/suspense, and rom-com. 

We offer a Single Box or our Past Boxes (subject to availability) as a way to try our boxes without committing to a monthly subscription. This does not auto renew. If you love us (and we hope you do) you can sign up for a monthly subscription to keep Sweet Reads Box arriving at your door and avoid missing any months due to sell out.

The contents of the boxes are kept a secret. The surprise is one of the reasons people love the boxes so much. We strive to include books that are new to paperback so hopefully you haven't read it yet. If you have read the book already it can be a great gift for a friend while you enjoy the other items in the box.

We ship to the USA and Canada. 

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. All credit card info is kept secure and we at no time have access to your credit card number.

Your subscription will auto-renew.

• • If you purchase a 3-month subscription, your plan will auto-renew every three months on the 1st of that month.
• • If you buy a 6-month subscription, your plan will auto-renew every six months on the 1st of that month.
• • If you purchase a 12-month subscription, your plan will auto-renew every 12 months on the 1st of that month.

*An email will be sent to you prior to the auto-renew billing date. We pride ourselves on clear, open communication. However, once a subscription has been renewed we are not able to offer a refund.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your subscription.

Your credit card is charged when you place your order. If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, all subsequent charges will be on the 1st of the month, either every 3-months, 6-months or 12-months.

Once you have made your purchase or received your box, it is not eligible for a refund or return. Sweet Reads Boxes are carefully curated to ensure the best customer experience.

If one of your products was broken or damaged in shipping please notify us immediately at info@sweetreadsbox.com.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If your subscription has auto-renewed the cancellation will take effect at the end of that term.

Please note that boxes are shipped out during the each month. If you cancel your subscription the cancellation will take effect at the end of your subscription term.

i.e. If your subscription auto-renewed for September, October and November and you'd like to end your subscription then November will be your last box.

Ensure you let us know at least a month in advance to give us time to adjust our records.

If you change your address in your account it may not update in our shipping software. Emailing us is the only way to confirm your address has changed. 

Absolutely! We understand that the information you give us is for our eyes alone. We will not at any time release or sell your information to any third party.
